I’ve been getting our pumpkins at this family owned farm for many years. Free hayrides, a play area for the kids, & lots & lots of pumpkins! Bring the family! Yoga outdoors has the added benefits of nature’s nourishment. Open to all levels, no pre-reg. required. Just bring a mat. Allow time for parking & setting up for class. With the open sky of Brown’s Island the sun will warm our bodies & our spirits! A yoga class open to all; yoga is a moving meditation & surrounded by nature the benefits are elevated. After class take a walk on the T-Potter Bridge. The sun, the yoga, the river are sure to melt the stress away & fill you with the love that self care & nature bathing bring. Compassionate Warriors Candlelight Yoga & Meditation Wednesdays 6-7 pm (no class 10/11 LOST MY VOICE ; no class 10/18) Location: Glave Kocen Gallery (1620 W Main St – next to Rostov’s coffee) Part seated meditation, part moving meditation (Hatha yoga) this class brings the community together in a safe space where transformative healing can take place. We will unwind & let go of the stress to allow for more productive energy. Build your strength as you become more open, mentally & physically, so that your actions may come from a place of compassion. Connected we are stronger. Yoga for your Back Mondays 6-7 pm (no class 10/16) Location: Glave Kocen Gallery (1620 W Main St – next to Rostov’s coffee) Most of us suffer from back problems. I have been working with clients that have chronic to mild back pain for over 9 years. I used yoga to heal my own back that would debilitate me when it was “acting” up. This class works on balancing out the weak & tight areas in the body; Building strength in the muscles that need it so that the muscles that are compensating may relax and relief may be found. Not all back problems are curable, but they are manageable & I have gotten great results with my clients. Get healthier, feel healthier. Donation Based class: suggested donation $10-20.
